A Prayer For You At Christmas

As we approach Christmas and the New Year and all things seem to get worse, not only in our personal lives but also in the world around us. Let us remember that there is a God who cares, yes, He cares in spite of what we all might be thinking. He was the One who caused Jesus to stop and heal the sick, the lame and the unloved. He was the One who caused Jesus to die for our sins and gave His only begotten Son so that we might have life. He was the One who caused Jesus to feed the 5000, as He saw that they were hungry and had not eaten.

We as human beings we could be stubborn at times and refuse to listen to the counsel of God when He tries to correct our wrongs and tries to steer us in the right direction in order to do good and be kind. The result of what we are experiencing in the world today is a result of human greed, selfishness and self-centredness. We truly cannot blame God for our wrongs, after all when He tries to speak to us not to do wrong, majority do not listen, they go ahead and do what they believe is right to them but when all hell breaks loose and the world ends up in the mess that it is in now what do we do? We take the easy option and blame a loving and a kind God. He cares for us whatever our belief might be, He loves us just for who we are and He never ever accuses us of something we have not done. In spite of whatever we might be going through, though we wrongly judge Him, His love remains constant towards us.

Today my prayer is that we will remember those around us that are suffering, the ones whom Christ died for. As we celebrate Christmas let us take time to remember those dying in hospital, the little suffering children in different parts of the world, those who are lonely and have no one to visit them or give them any presents. Let us remember those who are being bullied and abused and find themselves helpless with nobody to defend their cause, let us remember our elderly, they too matter and God loves them in the same way that He loves us. Let us remember to give a smile even if we have nothing to give anyone. A smile does not cost a penny and it is valuable to those who need it, it is one of the best gifts we could give to someone. Let us remember to be kind to our neighbours and those around us.

As you give and consider others, may God bless you abundantly and enrich you. Whatever your fears and insecurities might be I pray that God will be the glory and lifter of your head. I pray that the peace of God that passes all understanding will guard and guide you and abide with you always. May His countenance shine upon you and continue to radiate not just on you but also on your family and friends. I pray that God will be with you and your loved ones and no matter what you might be going through remember there are others who might be going through worse than you are. If you are scared of losing your job at this very difficult time, may you find hope in that this moment of your life shall pass and another season of fruitfulness will come. Have hope and continue to stand strong. Fear not, believe and know that as long as there is a God in heaven, your season of pain, sorrow and hopelessness will pass away. May God uphold your hand and may He never leave you nor forsake you now and forevermore. I wish you a season of joy and happiness.

May All Your Enemies Be Put To Shame

If whilst trying to do good you were abused and unappreciated,
The God who delivered Jesus from His accusers will vindicate and deliver you.
If you were physically or mentally abused by ones who think higher of themselves and tried to put you down,
The God who empowered David to defeat Goliath will defeat all your Goliaths and put your enemies to shame.
If you meant no harm and you were made a victim of scorn and abuse,
The God who was with Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego in Nebuchadnezzar’s furnace of fire will be with you.
God will never leave you nor forsake you,

He never leaves His own neither does He forsake them.
If you were falsely accused and lied upon,
The God of Israel will stand in the gap and shame all your enemies.
The ones who say you will not rise shall witness the glory of the Risen Christ in you.
If people lash at you in anger and are embittered against you,
God will stretch out His hand against the wrath of your enemies and His right hand will come to your rescue and save you.
Fear not, even though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, His rod and His staff will comfort you.
The Lord will contend with those who contend with you and fight against those who fight against you. He will rescue you and come to your aid.
I pray that like Jesus did, you will be like a lamb, keep silent, pray for those who wrongly accuse you, abuse you and fight against you.
The blood of Jesus will fight on your behalf and judge those who persecute you.
Most of all, I pray that God will heal and give you a new heart so that you can love your enemies like He did and see them through the eyes of Jesus.
The Bible says you will be persecuted for the Word’s sake. Though you are persecuted, watch and see the salvation of the Lord.
It is very difficult to love your enemies and do good to those who persecute you but I encourage you to ask God to help you pray so that you can forgive and not allow your pain to turn into bitterness and anger. May God continue to be with you and uphold you, may He give you peace in all circumstances and may He cause His face to shine upon you and continue to guide you through this difficult journey of life.

You Shall Not Slip

Slip - means to slide, to fall, to slide out of position, to slip from grasp, to lose control, to become worse, to slip into a difficult situation.

I pray for you today that you shall not slip. I pray that the Lord will be your light and your salvation and that you will not fear. The Lord shall be the strength of your life, you shall not be afraid. Though the enemy may strike and lash at you, the Lord will be the stronghold of your life. Though the wicked may come against you to eat up your flesh, your enemies and your foes, they shall stumble and fall. Though an army may encamp against you, your heart shall not fear. Though war may rise against you, in this you will be confident, that in the time of trouble the LORD shall hide you in His pavilion. In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide you. The Lord shall set you high upon a rock and your head shall be lifted up above your enemies all around you. I pray that you will offer sacrifices of joy unto the Lord and that you will sing, yes, you will sing praises to the Lord. The Lord will hear you when you cry with your voice! He will have mercy upon you and answer you. The Lord will not hide His face from you, He will not turn you away in anger, He will be your help, He will not leave you nor forsake you. The Lord will take care of you. He will lead you in a smooth path, because of your enemies who want you to slip. He will not deliver you to the will of your adversaries. All the false witnesses who have risen against you and breathe out violence shall be defeated before you and put to shame. May you see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

I encourage you today, wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and He will strengthen your heart. Wait, I say on the LORD!

May You Be Blessed by praying this prayer

A lot of us are going through quite a lot at the moment and we are wondering, “when will it all end?” I cannot guarantee you and give you the perfect answer when it will all end but one thing I know is that in spite of it all, Jesus said in His Word that He would never leave us nor forsake us, that is if we believe and put our trust in Him. There is power in the Blood of Jesus. No matter what you may be going through right now I pray that the peace of God will surround you and carry you through.
I would encourage you today to put your trust in Him and pray the prayer below.

"Father,
In the name of Jesus, I plead the Blood of Jesus on my entire physical body, on my entire soul and on my entire spirit. I plead the Blood of Jesus against any demons that may try and come against me. I Plead the Blood of Jesus against any humans that may try and come against me.

I plead the Blood of Jesus against any natural accidents or catastrophe's that may come against me. I plead the Blood of Jesus against any diseases, illnesses or sicknesses that could possibly come against me.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I have full faith and belief that the Blood of Jesus will now protect me against all of the things that I have just Pled His Blood on.

Call On God And He Will Remember You

My prayer for you today is that God will remember you and act on your behalf. May God remember you even as He remembered Noah and Abraham in the Bible.

In the Bible God remembered Noah...
God remembered Abraham...
God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob...

I decree and pray today that God will also remember you as He remembered these people. In times of distress, God will remember you. In times of depression may God remember you. When the tears are flowing and you feel that no one cares, I pray that the God who remembered and did not forget to act on behalf of His people will not forget you. When you are searching for an answer and you don’t know where to turn, may God come to your aid and answer you.

God will step in on your behalf as you put your faith in Him. May God move in response to your heartfelt cries and prayers and relieve you from your distress. I pray that in the same way God remembered Rachel in the Bible (Genesis 30:22) and hearkened to her cry for a child and opened her womb so that she can have a child, may God hearken to your cries and open the windows of heaven’s blessings to bless you today, may He answer your prayers and hearken to your heart’s cries, may He hear your voice and come to your aid and answer you and resolve your dilemma and give you peace. No matter what you may be going through right now I pray that the peace of God that passes all understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May it be well with you today and always. You may not always have the answer but the answer is in Christ Jesus who died for us all. Call on Him today and everyday. May God be with you and bless you at all times.

May Your Fears Be Wiped Away

My prayer for you today is that whatever you might be going through right now that God will carry you and give you strength. Nobody promised us a bed of roses but God has promised that He will never leave you nor forsake you. In these hard times when everything seems to be slipping and falling away, I pray that you will come to a place where you know that your life is more valuable than any material possession. I pray that God will make a way for you where there seems to be no way that He will create an oasis in your desert and make a way for you in the wilderness of your life. All hope is not lost and don’t give up hope. There is a solution to every problem even though when times are hard it is difficult to see where the solution will come from. Believe that God can do it and He will pull you through. I have seen Him operate in the dire situations of my life and He has pulled me through and given me hope when things were hopeless. Please don’t give up now. My God will carry you through, He will not fail you, and He will not abandon you. If He saw the children of Israel through the wilderness in the desert for 40 years and their shoes were not worn and He provided manna (food) for them, He will also provide for you if you put your trust in Him. My prayer today is that you will continue to trust in God. Speak to Him in prayer and He will answer you. He will wipe all your tears away; He will be with you and carry you through. One of His other names is Jehovah Jireh, meaning the Lord our Provider. May the Lord provide for you, your family, your children, may He promote you at work and if you are looking for a job, may He give you favour and provide you with opportunities to get a job. Fear not, only believe that all things are possible and it shall be possible for you. I pray that you will not panic or be anxious. I pray that all your disappointments will be turned into an appointment in Jesus Name. Fear not, God is able to see you through. May He wipe all your tears and fears away in Jesus Name. Amen.

All Will Be Well With You

I pray for you today that in the midst of lack you will not be found wanting. In the midst of pain, healing will be your portion. I kneel before the Father, I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your heart through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge -- that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all you ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work with you, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations for ever and ever! Amen. Remain blessed today and always, all will be well with you.

May All Your Fears Be Wiped Away

I pray that all your fears will be wiped away and God will strengthen your heart. I pray that your heart will not fail and that you will not give up now you have come this far. I pray that God will be the glory and the lifter of your head. May your mind be renewed and may you be able to rise above all your fears. May all your walls of Jericho, the fear of failure, fear of death, fear of sickness and disease, the fear of losing your belongings, fear of losing your job etc., be broken down. I pray that your confidence will be in God that He is able to help and deliver you from all your fears. May God continue to uphold you today and forevermore. Amen.

In times of adversity, I pray the God of wisdom will come to your aid. In times of sorrow, I pray the God of joy will comfort you. When you walk through the storm, I pray the God of peace will embrace you. When all else seems to have failed, I pray the God of hope will strengthen you. When you no longer feel you can continue or carry on, may the eternal Rock of Ages carry you. Even after you have totally given up, may the God of faith continue to uphold you. May God Open New Doors For You

Today I pray that the God of open doors will open new doors of opportunity for you. I pray that no man shall be able to shut the doors that God opens for you. May God open the doors of heaven for you and pour you out a blessing that you will not have enough room to contain it. May you lend unto many and borrow from none. May your barn and your storehouse be full. I pray that you will be able to pay all your debts and owe no man anything. May God open double doors for you and may you be surprised by the abundance of His blessings. As you look out for others God will look out for you and bless you, He will multiply you, keep you and protect you. As you help to meet the needs of others, God will not overlook your needs. May He bless you in your going in and your coming out. May God rain His abundance upon you and your family and may you blessed in the city and in the country. May You Keep Going And Not Give Up

My prayer for you today is that you will keep going and not give up. God is asking me to tell you to keep going and not give up. I pray that you will keep fighting and not accept defeat. Life is tough, yes, the bills are high, yes, salaries can’t keep up anymore, yes, you are hurt yes, in pain, yes, disappointed, yes, depressed and almost out, maybe, but all hope is not lost. If you are wondering where God is in all this, I pray that you will know that He has always been on your side and concerned about you and your needs. I pray that you will continue to put your trust in Him and not give up. Suicide is not the answer, self-harm is not the answer, the answer is in Christ Jesus, He died for you so you might have life, the chastisement of your peace was upon Him, He was beaten, abused and wounded for our sakes. By His stripes we are healed, you are healed; you are set free and delivered. I pray that no weapon that is fashioned against you shall prosper. May all your enemies be defeated and put to shame and may they fall into the pit they have dug for you. May you find peace at work and at home. May you find peace in your marriage and in your business. May you find joy in the midst of despair. I pray that you will keep going and not be weary. Do not be weary, be encouraged. I pray today that your spirit will be lifted even though you may be feeling down. I pray that you will arise and shine for the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. There is light at the end of the tunnel, please don’t give up now. I pray that God will make a way for you to get a new job and find favour in the sight of men. I pray that He will make a way for you to be financially able and open doors of opportunity for you to prosper. You will live and not die and proclaim the glory of God. I say it again; you will live and not die and proclaim the glory of God. I pray healing into your body and soul and I pray that whatsoever you lay your hands upon shall prosper today and always. Keep the chin up. We are all in a battle and it’s not over until it’s over. Your battle belongs to the Lord, He is on your side and the victory is yours. May God encourage your heart and lift you up in mind and spirit now and always. Amen.

I Pray That You Will Be Grateful

My prayer for you today is that God will give you wisdom to invest your time properly so that you do not regret tomorrow what you could have done today. I pray that you will have peace so you can think properly and make good decisions. I pray that you will find the time to take a few minutes today to meditate on the goodness of God. He spared your life today; you slept and woke up while somebody somewhere did not. You were able to walk this morning while somebody somewhere could not, you have your hands to use, your eyes to see, your mouth to talk. Somebody was rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night while you were sleeping. All that you have is a blessing and I pray that you will be thankful for it.

I pray that you will be grateful for whatever little you have, as someone in another part of the world is still craving to have just a little of what you have. I pray that you will be able to help the poor and give some of your blessing to charity, as charities work hard to make sure that others have the same opportunity to be blessed with some food just as you are blessed today. I pray that your heart will be sensitive to the needs of those around you and that you will be able to lend a helping hand in time of need. God is not wicked, He needs you and I to make the world a better place. We are His hands to feed others with, we are His feet to reach others, we are His mouth, to speak His word and pray for others and we are to be a witness of His character so that men may see His light in us. When a man cries to God, “please give us our daily bread”, I pray that you will be the answer to that prayer. I pray that you will not withhold good while it is in your hand to do it.

I pray that your house will be a house of prayer, a house of peace, a house of unity and a house of blessing. I pray that God will pour out his blessing upon you and your entire family as you stand in the gap for others. I pray that you will learn to pray for others and invest your time with God. Finally, I pray that you will appreciate the blessing of God and receive His love in your life. He values you, He loves you, He appreciates you and He holds you dear to His heart. He wants to fellowship with you. He cares about you, what you are thinking, what you are doing and the affairs of your life. Your pain is His pain and your joy is His Joy. He watches over you and He has sent His angels to watch over you. He sent His Son to die for you. He is concerned about you. He is a Big Teddy Bear with a tender heart for humanity and He wants to use you to share His love with others. May you able to submit to His will and appreciate Him in your life today and always. Amen.

God's Response to Your Prayer - He wants to speak to you

My prayer for you today is that you will be still and listen to the voice of God. His still small voice wants to speak with you. Your life is in His hands. It is time to give him time to talk and direct you. You may have been asking questions but not giving Him the time to talk and respond. The voices around you are so noisy that you are not used to hearing the voice of God within your spirit. His voice is not loud, it is in the still small voice, it is in your heart and you can hear His voice if you discipline yourself enough and are willing to take time to meditate and shut out all the distractions around you. God is saying to me to tell you that He wants to respond to all your questions and give you answers. God spoke to Abraham in the Bible,

Genesis 17:22
“When He had finished speaking with Abraham, God went up from him.”

He also spoke to Moses,

Exodus 31:18 "When the LORD finished speaking to Moses on Mount Sinai, He gave him the two tablets of the Testimony, the tablets of stone inscribed by the finger of God.”

God wants to speak to you today just like He spoke to Abraham and Moses in the Bible, He is willing to respond if you are willing to take the time to listen. He wants to instruct you, direct you and point you in the way of your destiny. If you don’t know how to hear His voice, talk to Him in prayer and ask Him to teach you how to hear His voice. Try and you’ll see that you will get a response because He does not lie. This is what the Bible says about Him,

Numbers 23:19 "God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”

He surely wants to fulfill His promises in your life. He hasn’t changed His mind about you and I pray He never will. If you don’t listen, how will you know what to do? An answer from God will bring clarity to your life and make your path straight. An answer from God can turn your whole life around and release you from years of hopelessness, confusion and bondage. A word from God can prevent you from harm and destruction. What if you were to travel and God spoke to you asking you not to travel, would you still go ahead with your plans? God forbid that anything bad should happen, what if He was trying to stop you from being harmed or preventing you from an accident? It is very crucial that we hear and listen to God when He speaks. There is a reason why He speaks and instructs so that we do not make mistakes that can cost us our lives. Our relationship with God is a two-way relationship, just like in marriage; both partners have to take the time to listen to each other and fellowship together. Would it not be selfish on the one part if only one partner speaks all the time and the other doesn’t get the chance to get a word in? God would like you to give Him the opportunity to get a word into your spirit, you have prayed enough, now is the time to listen. I pray that you will stop for a moment, meditate on Him and be still so that you can hear what He has to say to you. God has heard you, He has heard your cries, your prayers, your requests, now is the time for an answer and He says that I should tell you that He wants to speak to you NOW, TODAY. Will you listen? God bless you as you take the time to listen to the voice of wisdom.

Prayer for the Suffering

Today I pray that we will remember the people suffering in Burma, China and in other parts of the world. Where there is suffering, may the Lord bring comfort and hope. Where there is weeping and mourning, may God turn every sorrow into joy. May the sick and suffering find help in time of need and may God wipe all tears away from their eyes. We pray for all families involved in the earthquake in China and victims of the cyclone in Burma that God will intervene and send His angels to comfort and watch over the children and families who are suffering and in pain. May the world be changed through the love of Christ, may all who suffer find hope and strength in time of pain and sorrow. May God restore each nation back to its former glory. May God influence the decision of leaders all over the world so that they will make good decisions that will bring peace, which will help and prosper their people. May God bring peace where there is war. As you go about your daily lives, I pray that you will remember to pray for all troubled nations of the world. Pray for suffering children and their families, orphans and widows, victims of famine and impoverished people across the world. May God bless you as you put the needs of others before your own and may we continue to remember to pray for all these needs not only today but always. May your tomorrows be greater than your yesterday and may the peace of God, which passes all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Amen. Have a blessed day.

Prayer for the Single

Single woman: As a single woman, I pray you will be proud of who you are. Being single is not an affliction; it is a blessing, and a season in one’s life. I pray you will not grow weary in faith. All hope is not lost. No matter how long you have been waiting and hoping, I pray that you will not be disappointed and your expectation will not be cut off. I pray as you wait for God’s chosen man for your life, that you will not give up at the edge of your miracle. Delay does not mean denial, so if you feel it is taking too long, I pray that patience will do its full work in you. I pray that your testimony will be great and people will be able to testify and say of you, “This is the Lord’s doing, it is marvellous in our eyes.” May you marry God’s chosen husband for you and not someone else’s husband in Jesus Name. When your husband sees you, I pray he will not be confused, I pray that he will know without a shadow of doubt that you are God’s chosen wife for him. I pray that you will not marry a counterfeit husband, a liar or an adulterer. I pray that you will not compromise and settle for less. As you are in the waiting period, I pray that your confession will line up with the Word of God for your life. I pray that you will confess those things that are not as though they are. I pray that you will be able to appropriate your faith and see yourself as married in a joyous and peaceful home. I pray that you will be a virtuous woman and that your marriage will be fruitful and full of joy. The Bible instructs us to decree a thing and it shall come to pass, so I decree today that those who have despised you will in turn come and honour you. I decree that you will marry and bear children; I decree that though it may tarry your blessing will surely come. I decree again that you will marry in Jesus Name. God bless you as you keep standing.

Single man: As a single man waiting for a beautiful woman, I pray that you will look at the heart and not only at what you see, as all that glitters is not gold. May God give you a woman with a golden heart and a beautiful character. As a man of integrity, I pray that you will be honest and truthful and not lead any woman astray. I pray that when you meet the person God has appointed for you that you will not be confused and that you will approach her with kindness, honesty and boldness. I pray that you will not marry another man’s wife or marry a Jezebel. May your wife be an Esther for her generation. I pray that you will not be deceitful, wicked or cruel but that you will take your time to pray so that you will be happy in your future marriage. As a single man, I pray that your passions will not overtake and control you but that you will be able to exercise the spirit of self-control at all times. I pray that God will prepare you in maturity so that you will be able to handle the responsibility that comes with marriage. May you be whole and fulfilled as a single man. I pray that all your insecurities will be washed away by the word of God. He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord (Proverbs 18:22), may you find favour from the Lord at all times. May your expectation never be cut off. Finally, I pray that you will marry a woman who will be your friend, your lover and a partner for life. May God help you to make the right choice in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

May God Free and Deliver You from All Sorts of Trouble

Today I pray that God will free and deliver you from all sorts of trouble. As those who trouble you increase and those who rise up against you multiply, I pray that God will be a shield for you. May those who say of you, “There is no help for him in God” be totally disappointed and put to shame.

May God continue to be the glory and the lifter up of your head. As you cry to the Lord with your voice, may He hear you from His holy hill and grant your requests. As you lay down and sleep, the Lord will sustain you, He will strengthen and energize you. May you not be afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against you. The Lord will arise and save you. He will deliver you from your enemies all around. The Lord will save you and strike your enemies on the cheekbone. He will break their teeth and free you from their attacks. I pray that you will know as a child of God that salvation belongs to you. Salvation belongs to the Lord, therefore, as His child, salvation, deliverance, promotion, joy, fulfilment and victory belongs to you. I decree that you will be fulfilled, you will be promoted and you will rise up again. May you take your place boldly in the battle, knowing that our God is on your side and that those who are with you are more than those who are against you. Finally, I pray that you will know and stand on this, that God’s blessing is upon His children. May God’s blessing be with you, remain in you, abide in you and continue with you. May His goodness and mercy follow you all the days of your life and may you know no defeat in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Rejoice! May God Burn The Arrows Thrown At You

My prayer for you today is that of humility. I pray that you will not think any more highly of yourself than you ought to. I pray if there is any pride or haughtiness in your life, you will come to a place of humility. I pray that you will not compare yourself to others and look down on any person. I pray that you will see others and receive them with God’s love, JUST THE WAY THEY ARE. I pray that you will submit yourself to God and resist the spirit of pride, so that you will not fall. I pray that you will be content with who you are and know that you have nothing to prove. God loves you just for who you are but He hates pride and He requires that we be humble. He made us all equal and loves us all the same. Our God is no respecter of persons. I pray that you will check yourself today and see what needs changing. I pray that your thoughts will line up with the will of God. Pride is a form of insecurity. I pray all forms of insecurity will be removed from your life. I pray that you will be able to humble yourself before God and realise that nobody knows it all. We all have one thing or the other to learn. I pray that God will exalt you as you give yourself and all your insecurities to Him. I pray that you will come to know and understand that disappointments will come, friends will betray you, family may not be there for you, others might talk about you but if you hold on to God, you will be set free from every form of attack. If you have mind attacks and are hearing voices of condemnation, I pray that the fire of God will burn the arrows thrown at you by the enemy of your soul. Suicide is not the answer, holding on to offence is not the answer, revenge is not the answer, and an “I’ll show them” attitude is not the answer. The answer is in Jesus, the humble Saviour. May the love of God surround you, may He shower you with His blessings and promote you. May God cover you and be your rear guard. May you never fall in Jesus Name. May God Protect You

My prayer for you today is a prayer of protection. I pray that God will protect you and keep you safe. Because you have made the Lord your refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, I pray that no evil shall befall you nor shall any disease, disaster or plague come near your dwelling place. Because you have made the Most High your dwelling place, your family will be safe, your children will be safe, your marriage will be safe, your husband will be safe, your wife will be safe, your job will be safe. If you are single you will marry, if you are married your marriage will not break down in Jesus Name. You will be happy and joyful. You will be promoted and find favour in the sight of men. No sudden calamity will come against your household. The Lord shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, in case you dash your foot against a stone. I pray that you will know and be grateful that God watches over you night and day. He will never leave you nor forsake you. I pray that His shadow will never depart from you. May the lord bring you out of trouble and set you in a safe place. You will call upon the Lord and He will answer you. He will be with you in trouble; He will deliver you and honour you. May the Lord give you long life and satisfy you with good things. May you be full of life and strength. When worry is great within you, may God bring comfort and joy to your soul. The Lord will be a strong place for you, He will be your High tower and you will run into Him and be safe. He will be your rock and hiding place now and forevermore. Amen.

May You Have A Strong Mind

Today, I pray that your thoughts will line up with God’s word and your mind will not be overcome with negative fleeting thoughts. I pray that you will have the willpower to overcome all the negative thoughts that might play on your mind. I pray that you will not give in and agree with the negative thoughts that attack your mind and cause you pain and heartache. I pray that your mind will be flooded with positive thoughts. I pray that you will believe in yourself, be proud of who you are and know that you are unique and you have been created for a purpose and a reason. I pray you will know what your purpose is in life. I pray that all those who have put you down will be confounded and in turn they will honour you. God will disappoint all your enemies and give you victory in Jesus Name. I pray that you will be the head and not the tail, that you will be above only and not beneath. I pray that you will know without a doubt that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Those who are with you are more than those that are against you. I pray that God will bless you abundantly and make you realise that you are worth much more than many sparrows. I pray that your faith will wax strong and your expectation will not be cut off. May today bring good news your way. May your prayers be answered. May your family be set free and united. I pray that God will bind you and your family together with a cord that cannot be broken. May the love and grace of God abound in your lives and may you learn to sacrifice for each other. Today, I pray that you will prosper and be in good health. I pray that your soul will prosper and that you will be strong physically and mentally. I pray that you will be able to avoid the pitfalls of life and make good use of every opportunity. I pray that your life will never be the same again. I pray that you will progress and move forward in life. I pray that God will promote you and give you favour at work. I pray that every stagnant situation in your life will become productive and yield good things for you. I pray that if you are looking for an answer from God that you will be still and know that He is the God that answers every request according to His will. I pray that your ideas will materialise and bear fruit. I pray that each new venture you put your hand to will prosper. I pray that you will see each difficulty as an opportunity to effect change in your life and in the lives of others. I pray that you will be like a candle and light up the lives of others. Though you may think your light is small, I pray that you will not underestimate the effect it can have on others when it lights up their lives. I pray that God will cause you to light up other lives and create a revolution of bright lights around the world. I pray that you will make others happy and sow good seeds in life. May God Do Mighty Things for You

Father in the Name of Jesus I pray for the person reading this post right now. I pray that God will do great and mighty things for you. I pray that you will dance like David danced and sing like David sang. I pray that your joy will be full and there will be no more sorrow and weeping in your life. I pray that your mouth be filled with laughter and you will smile again and laugh the last laugh. I pray that whatever may have caused you pain will be removed from your heart and that your mourning will turn into dancing again. I pray that you will look to the Lord for strength at all times. I pray that the God of hope will fill you with all joy and peace, as you trust in Him and that you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. I pray that God will give you the power to get wealth and that you will use the wealth to help others in their time of need. I pray that those who have despised you will in turn come back and honour you. I pray that God will make your enemies to be at peace with you and in turn they will become your helper. Your heart will not fail in the Name of Jesus; you will live and not die and proclaim the glory of God. I pray that you will be free from all the suicidal and negative thoughts in your mind. I pray that you will come to know your worth and value in life. I pray that you will love yourself and be able to love others as yourself. A Prayer for Success

Today I pray the prayer that Jabez prayed to God for you. I pray that God will bless you indeed and enlarge your territory. I pray that God’s hand will be with you, your family, your friends and your loved ones. I pray that God will keep you from evil and that you will not cause pain to others. I pray that God will grant you your heart’s desire and pour out his blessings upon you. If you are hurt and in pain, I pray that God will grant total healing to you and your family.

I pray that you will be blessed in the city and in the country. I pray the fruit of your womb will be blessed. You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out. The LORD will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven. Share The Love

Today I pray that we all forget about ourselves for a moment and remember those who are sick in hospital, those who have a will but have no way. I pray that we will remember to pray for those that are disabled, people with learning disabilities, the elderly and the impaired. I pray that as you remember the poor, the orphans and the widows that God will remember you. I pray that you will remember to always give to the poor and do what you can to make the world a better place. I pray that God will also remember you in your time of need and not forget about you. I pray that you will love those who are unlovable and forgive those who have hurt you. I pray that you will remember those who are grieving right now. I pray that you will remember those who are helpless and on drugs, those who need healing in their bodies, those going through mental torture and are depressed. I pray that as you pray for all these people that God himself will fight your own battles for you. I pray that we will remember to pray for the youth in different Nations of the world, as they are the future leaders of tomorrow. Finally, I pray that the world will become a better place for all for all us and that we all have the peace of God that passes all understanding. May it guard and guide our hearts in Christ Jesus. May God answer all our prayers and forgive us all our trespasses. Amen.

May God Wipe All Your Tears Away

Today I pray that God will wipe all tears away from your eyes and give you peace. Whatever may be troubling you, whatever might be causing you pain, whatever may have caused you to hurt, I pray that God will bring healing to you. I pray that you will find room in your heart to allow God to minister to your spiritual needs. May all your enemies be confounded and put to shame. I pray that God will perfect that which concerns you. I pray that God will turn your mourning into dancing again and lift you from sorrow. May you be able to smile again. I pray that even though your weeping may endure for a moment, may your joy come in the morning. Whatever you are finding difficult to let go of, may God strengthen you and enable you to let go and let God move you on. I believe God is saying you have to move on, you have to let go of the pain, the hurt and the disappointments. He is calling to you to allow Him into your life. He wants to help and set you free. He cares about you and is longing for a relationship with you. His hands are stretched out to you. I pray that today will be the beginning of change in your life. My prayer for you today is that you will be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river. I pray that you will not fear when the heat comes, as God will answer you in the time of trouble. May He be your shield and buckler. Today I pray that you will be like a child and forgive others as soon as you are wronged. I pray that when your sister, brother, friend, family or colleague wrongs you, you will find the strength to forget like a child and continue to play with those who have offended you. Like a child, I pray that you will look forward to each new day and forget about the pains of yesterday. I pray that as a child trusts it's parents without doubting their ability, that you will put your full and 100% trust in God without doubting His ability to watch over you. As the presence of a child lightens up a room and brings a smile on people's faces, I pray that your presence will bring smiles on people's faces. As a child makes a request of it's parents without doubting their ability to provide, I pray that you will not doubt the power of God's provision upon your life. May you be able to laugh at adversity, knowing this, that He who began a good work in you will complete it in you. May you be the aroma of Christ and always remember to be like a child. May God Listen To Your Cry

May God listen to your cry and answer you in the day of trouble. I pray today that you will not be afraid and panic in difficult situations. I pray that you will at all times be anxious for nothing. I pray that you will be assured that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of love and of power and of a sound mind. I pray that you will not fear the reproach of men, nor be dismayed by their acts but that in every situation you will have the strength to overcome and scale every wall before you. May God’s peace that passes all understanding guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May the God who supplies food to the birds of the air meet you at your point of need and supply all your needs. God cares about you and He wants you to know that you are worth much more than many sparrows. I pray that you will not worry about what you are going to eat or what you are going to wear for the Lord knows that you have need of these things and He will supply them to you. Instead of arguing and wondering if God truly cares, I pray that you will understand why He gave His only begotten Son to die for you. It is because of His love for you and me. I pray that God will not only remember you and answer your heart’s cries, may He also remember your family, your husband, your wife, your children and your extended family always. May God's Favour Surround You

Today, I pray that God will prosper you and empower you. I pray above all things that your soul will prosper and be in good health. I pray that as the mountains surround Jerusalem that God will surround you with his favour. I pray that when you go for any interviews or meetings that God will give you favour in the sight of men. I pray that God will put His words in your mouth and that you will prosper and be successful. I pray that He will energize you to achieve more for yourself so that you can empower others. I pray that God’s hand of mercy and faithfulness will not depart from you and your family. I pray that the Almighty will transform your life and that all your disappointments will turn into joy. Your mourning will be turned into dancing again. I pray that 2008 will not be like any other year for you but that it will be your year of Jubilee. 2008 will be your year of rejoicing. God will visit you and meet you at your point of need and all your expectations will not be cut off. You will not be disappointed and whatever may come in the form of disappointments, God will turn it around for your good. I pray today that you will be the head and not the tail, that you will be above only and not beneath. I pray that all the years that the cankerworm has stolen will be repaid back to you. Your health will spring forth speedily. All your enemies will be disappointed and the Lord will perfect that which concerns you.

My verse for you today is in Isaiah 55:12 and I decree it upon your life: “For you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth into singing before you, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.”

Today I pray that God will give you new ideas and give you opportunities that will open doors for you. I pray that He will lead you to the hidden riches in secret places. I pray that men will honour you and give you favour in whatever you do and that whatever you lay your hands upon shall prosper. I pray that you will not worship the idols of this world but you will worship the one and only true God. I pray that as you give God time of day, He will bless you and make you prosper. I pray that whatever has become like a wall of Jericho in your life will come tumbling down as you put your trust in Him and thank Him for where you are right now. I pray that your hope will never die and that you will find strength in the Joy of the Lord. I pray that those who have despised you will in turn come and honour you. I pray that people will see you and see the beauty of God in you. I pray that people will appreciate you for who you are and not what they can get from you. Finally I pray that the eyes of your understanding will be enlightened so that you can know God better. May today be the beginning of a new chapter in your life and may you find joy and happiness knowing this, that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. The Simple Things in Life

I pray today that you will appreciate the simple things in life, the rainbow across the clouds, the butterfly and it’s beauty, the rose in the garden, the birds of the air, the horse grazing on the fields. I pray today that you will appreciate that you were able to afford to eat when others could not, that you were able to get up this morning when others could not, that you are able to talk this morning when someone just lost their voice. I pray that if you have children, you will appreciate them as a gift from God, as someone somewhere is desperately looking for a child of their own. I pray that you will appreciate that you are still alive today and not take it for granted, as somebody somewhere is wishing they could live longer and spend more time with their family. I pray that you will appreciate the seasons, the sun shining and giving brightness, the moon shining, giving light, the rain falling, making our crops grow so we can have food to eat. I pray that you will appreciate every moment of everyday, as each day and each moment is precious. I pray that God will bless you as you take the time to appreciate His gift of life. I pray that the light of God will shine upon you as you take the time to appreciate the work of His creation. God bless you as you appreciate each moment of everyday. Things Will Get Better

I am thanking God today that you are reading this blog right now. No matter what you may be going through, I pray that joy, happiness and fulfillment will be your portion. In these hard times, I pray that God will give you wisdom to find the solution to your problems. I pray that you will have the courage to deal with the issues that trouble you in life. I pray that God will give you grace in your times of weakness. Instead of getting angry and upset with yourself and wondering how you got yourself into the situation you are in right now, I pray that you will find the courage to kneel down and ask God for help. I pray that you will finally accept your weakness and ask God for the strength to carry you through. I pray that God will restore your confidence and that if you have a low self-esteem, that His love will reassure you. I pray that you will learn to take one day and live one day at a time. As each day presents it's own challenges, I pray that God will give you the wisdom and strength needed for you to face every challenge that comes with each day. I pray that you will come to know that the battle is not yours to fight but that the battle is the Lord's. I pray for you today that whatever may seem like a mountain before you will be turned into a plain. The Sacrifice Of Love

Hello again,

Yes, I keep writing about love, but I believe God wants you to understand certain things about HIM, so you can have a better and eternal life. Have you ever loved someone so much that you’d do anything for that person, yet he or she never responds, or the person does not even recognise your presence let alone give back that love in return? It hurts so bad doesn’t it? Sometimes, you get angry, but you can’t do anything because of the ‘love’ you have for the person….

Whilst in the shower this morning God told me that:

That’s how HE feels when we do not respond to HIS love
That’s how HE feels when we curse HIS name and take HIM for granted
That’s how HE feels when we don't listen to HIM, let alone acknowledge HIS presence

God has feelings and HE is talking to you right now. HE loves you so much that HE gave HIS only son as a sacrifice. Accept this love and your life will never be the same again.

Now take a moment and think, assuming that person you love, loves you back even more than you love him or her, what happens? You find yourself doing things sacrificially for each other and things work out well……that is the relationship God craves for from you.

Think about it and give it a try, human beings can and will let you down but God will never let you down ….

Uncommon Love

Abba Father in Heaven,

I thank you for my sisters and brothers out there. Many are the words and thoughts of my utmost desire, but Father your son Jesus knows better than I do. Therefore, I beseech you oh Jesus to pray for my sisters and brothers.

Heal them of their heart pain, heal them of their soul pain, and heal them of the pain in their being. Touch them with your uncommon love and let them know that because there is life there is hope. Heal them from deep within where words cannot express the anguish and distraught. Heal them from every freckle of trouble that always seems to show in certain seasons in their life.

God is love and may the love of God continually dwell in you and around you.
