When You Feel Down - A Poem Dedicated to You

This is a poem the Lord inspired me to write whilst waiting on what to put on the blog. I dedicate this poem to you. I hope it blesses you.

WHEN YOU FEEL DOWN

 

When you feel down, do not despair

All hope is not lost

When you feel low

Cast not away your confidence

Your change will come

When all hope seems lost

Remember, its not the end

Just a door to another beginning

Your change will come

When a door shuts, another opens

Disappointment is a door

A door to an appointment

An opportunity

To a new discovery

 

Disappointment is delayed appointment

A disguise for blessing

It will strengthen, but will not destroy

Meet disappointment with courage

Embrace it in order to see a new season

Your change, your new season

Your appointment, your blessing

Through disappointment will come

Your blessing

Be strong,  be determined

Don't give up, don't give in

Meet disappointment with courage

Don't give up, don't give in

You will overcome if you don't give up

 

When you feel down, be strong, don't give in

When you feel low, be strong, don't give up

Disappointments come, disappointments will go

Disappointment is a disguise

A disguise for blessing

A message that leads to your destination

Your destination of appointment

A blessing for appointment

Be determined to overcome

Be determined to fight

Troubles come, troubles will go

We fall down, but we get up again

 

Your destination is your appointment

Your appointment, the path to greatness

We fall, but we get up again

Get up again in spite of the fall

Get up again in spite of disappointment

Pain is inevitable

It comes through disappointment

Walk through the darkness of disappointment

Into the light of your appointment

 

I encourage you, take heart!

Turn on the light of your appointment

Convert your disappointments into opportunities

Let your joy scream across the pain of disappointment

Turn on the light of your appointment

And the darkness of disappointment

Will fade away from you!
