Today is my birthday, and I would like to take this opportunity to say “Thank you” to you and all the readers who have taken the time to read the prayers I’ve written on this blog over the years. I started writing this blog because the Lord spoke to my heart and prompted me to write prayers for those out there who I might not necessarily know or be able to see, but whom God loves and wanted to know that He cares and is constantly thinking and looking out for them.
I am here to serve you and encourage you; this is what I see as my calling. I believe I was created to serve, encourage and uphold people who are going through difficulties, people who have been neglected and have no hope, people who may not have anyone or family close by to talk to, people who are lonely and looking for a friend, people who are down, depressed with feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness. I pray and hope that you can find a friend in me through the writings of this blog and I pray and hope that you are constantly blessed and uplifted each time you visit to read the prayers.
Today, I would like to say to you and all the 20,000+ people who have visited this blog and are still visiting daily, “Thank you so much”. May God richly bless you and be the glory and lifter of your head. When you cry to the LORD with your voice, may he hear you from His holy hill and answer your heart’s cries. When you lie down and sleep, may the LORD be your keeper and sustain you. May He strengthen you in your inner man and be your Rock, Fortress and your Deliverer. May you ever shout for joy because the LORD will defend you and bring you through in every situation. May the LORD’s right hand hold you up and His gentleness make you great. May He light your lamp, enlighten your darkness and make a way for you where there seems to be no way. May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble, may the name of the God of Jacob defend you and may He send you help from the sanctuary and strengthen you in times of weakness.
May the LORD grant you according to your heart’s desire and fulfill all your purpose. May you see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. I pray that you will be of good courage and may the LORD continuously strengthen your heart. May the LORD fulfill all your petitions I pray in Jesus Name.
